BELLEVUE, Wash. and LOS ANGELES — June 11, 2007—Ascentium Corporation, a leading marketing, creative, and technology consulting firm, hired 32-year technology veteran Dave Roush as an engagement manager to help lead the company’s newly established Los Angeles office. Mr. Roush will develop and manage relationships with Ascentium’s growing Southern California customer base, and will have responsibility for sales and revenue targets in the territory, which includes Los Angeles, Irvine, and San Diego. In addition, he will be responsible for engaging clients through Ascentium’s partner relationship with Microsoft.

Mr. Roush has more than 32 years of high-tech industry experience, including 17 years with IBM and eight years with Microsoft. Most recently, Mr. Roush led the business development effort for launching a new managed services business at Microsoft and served as lead consultant on a number of successful client engagements related to this effort. Prior to that, Mr. Roush worked as a consultant, leading the development and implementation of a corporate-wide process and systems roadmap for the Microsoft Worldwide Services organization. In addition to consulting and business development, Mr. Roush rounds out his broad skill set with experience in project management, solution sales, product support, technology architecture, software engineering, and product testing.
