Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations require vendors to have highly secured environments for processing card data. When looking for a solution for its store support centers to access this secured environment, Hollywood turned to Ascentium.

After working with Hollywood to define its requirements for access to the secured environment, Ascentium developed a customized security and auditing application that uses Microsoft .NET Web services and integrates with Hollywood’s current systems. The solution also logs the conversations and transactions between store support centers and the secured environment, which helps track for both clarity and compliance.
